The new Nintendo Switch OLED it's not the model Pro that we were waiting for, but rather an update of the previous one Switches which, as the name suggests, features a very bright 7" OLED display .
In fact, while maintaining the dimensions practically unchanged, the display reaches a larger diagonal, thanks to the reduction of the edges around it.
The color also changes: alongside the historic Joy-Cons in neon red and neon blue comes a version with White Joy-Con , combined with a dock also in white.
However, the processor remains unchanged: the CPU/GPU combination remains the responsibility of the NVIDIA Tegra chipset , which leaves us to think that perhaps the Switch Pro with a more powerful chip could arrive in the coming months.
Among other new features we find some stereo speakers which, according to what the company says, manage to emit better audio than the Switch, as well as a wider kickstand to ensure greater stability and finer adjustment of the inclination.
The memory has also been updated, going from 32GB to 64GB , while the dock gains one LAN port to be able to connect directly to the internet via cable.
The new Nintendo Switch OLED is compatible with all Nintendo Switch games, and in multiplayer mode with other Switch consoles and Switch Lite.
